HARVEST FEST
October 7th, 2023
Downtown Flushing 9:30AM – 4PM
Come downtown to enjoy the Flushing Harvest Fest on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm! Our autumn extravaganza showcases all that is fall in Michigan. Main Street is lined with homemade scarecrows created by community members and businesses. Prizes will be awarded to the top three scarecrows. Other activities include, apple pie baking contest, pie eating contest, chalk art contest, beard contest, and chili cook off, along with local entertainment, dance shows, pumpkin painting, arts/crafts, and more!
CRAFTERS & VENDORS
Setup: Set up is from 7:30 am to 9:30 am and the show runs 9:30am – 4:00pm on October 7th. You will receive your booth number and any additional information that morning when you check in at the Flushing Area Chamber of Commerce, located at: 105 E. Main St., Flushing, MI 48433. Applicants must bring their own tents, tent weights, tables, chairs and displays.
Exhibit space: Booth space is pre-assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Booth space is 10' x 10' open air. Crafter/Vendor to provide own tent, weights, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity is not provided unless a special request is submitted, and then only if available.This is open air space, please be prepared for weather changes, e.g., tent weights, etc. It is the responsibility of the crafter/vendor to leave the space in a clean manner.
